Brief- After 31 years of appointment's Roosevelt has finally makes it back

After a hard fought win against the Valley Tigers on Tuesday Night, the Roosevelt was finally able to beat the 31 year long streak of not making it to the state tournament.

With the help of seniors Chris Bennett, Tate Larsen, and Trey Burkhall roosevelt was able to defeat valley.

Roosevelt was the definite underdog that night and they pulled through. It was one of the best moments for those young boys.

The Rough riders will be the 6 seed in the tournament and will face Dubuque Senior. in the quarter finals.

For the next week they will e practicing hard to prepare themselves for Dubuque.
